We are happy to offer FREE delivery for all orders over $99. We use UPS Ground delivery services for most our orders but are may also choose USPS Priority Mail if we feel your order will arrive more quickly. You will be notified by our warehouse via email the day the order is shipped and will be provided with the tracking information. Be sure to watch for our email (sometimes you will find these in your spam or junk email folder) as we do our best to communicate important details regarding your order via email.
Orders placed prior to 2 PM EST are shipped the same day if we have the item in our local inventory. We will notify of our inventory status and we will do our best to communicate any delays in your order.
Please note:
- UPS usually may require a signature for delivery. Many customers have their orders shipped to their office to insure timely delivery.

- Our Free Shipping offer is not valid for some heavy or oversized items.

STANDARD DELIVERY
You can expect delivery of most items within 1-6 business days of your order. Please refer to the delivery estimate chart shown below for items shipped from our local warehouse.
APO & FPO ADDRESSES
Unlike may online stores, we are happy to assist you with orders to APO/FPO Addresses. For orders under 30 pounds we are happy to use U.S.P.S. Priority Mail to complete your delivery.
EXPRESS & NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Pleasurezz.com also offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air & 3rd Day Air for many products. See chart below for delivery time frames. Please note: We do not ship (or deliver) on Saturdays & Sundays

Next Day and Express Delivery Conditions:
To ensure Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm eastern Monday-Friday. Orders received after 2pm eastern will not be processed and shipped until the following business day, orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
